Atlantic City Outlets - The Walk Phase III
The Walk Expansion

A $15 million addition that will add 15-20 new stores to the popular retail outlet district in the middle of town. This phase will encompass 45,078 square feet bounded by Christopher Columbus Boulevard, and Fairmount, Mississippi and Arctic Avenues. Phase III will be completed in 2010.

Adjacent to Phase III will be a new garage, being built by the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority, to serve customers of Atlantic City Outlets, The Walk and patrons of the Atlantic City Convention Center.

Phase IV is being planned, as well. It will be called 'Atlantic City Live!' And feature a mix of restaurants, live entertainment, bars and nightclubs. In addition, the vacant Sun National Bank building on Atlantic and Arkansas Avenues is expected to be incorporated into the outlet district as a restaurant.
