2011 Fireworks Celebrations
Enjoy two world-class fireworks displays over Atlantic City this Independence Day weekend with one of the largest displays in the state and along the East Coast and the first time in history that Atlantic City will host two fireworks events within minutes of each other. The Atlantic City Fireworks Spectacular is one of the 'must-see' events of the summer season.
On July 4, 2011 at 9:20 pm, a spectacular fireworks demonstration produced by Fireworks by Grucci will illuminate the skies above Atlantic City’s Marina District, kicking off the nearly hour-long production. At approximately 9:45 pm, another display will illuminate the sky along the coastline of the Atlantic City Boardwalk. The show promises to be a breathtaking pyrotechnic display that will be a highlight of the holiday weekend. The show is open to the public with viewing areas at both properties.
The fireworks display will be synchronized to music broadcast over 95.1 WAYV FM radio. Casinos across the City will tune their soundsystems to feature the choreographed music as well.
Weather and wind conditions may affect the timing of the fireworks show.
This event's sponsors include: the Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority, Atlantic City Hilton, Bally's Atlantic City, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, Caesars Atlantic City, Harrahs Resort, Resorts Atlantic City, Showboat Casino, South Jersey Transportation Authority, Tropicana Casino and Resort.
